Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the use of this site, which reviews Zoome and tracks its weekly promo calendar for readers in Canada. Reading the pages means accepting what follows.
What this site is
We publish independent reviews, bonus breakdowns and day by day promo schedules. We do not run the casino, hold player funds, process deposits or settle disputes. Anything to do with an account, a withdrawal or a bonus balance is handled by the operator named in the footer.
How we are paid
Some links to the casino are affiliate links. If you register through one and later deposit, we may receive a commission from the operator. That commission does not change your bonus terms, your odds or the price of anything, and it does not buy a better review.
Age and eligibility
The content is for adults only. The minimum gambling age in Canada is 18 or 19 depending on the province, and you are responsible for knowing which applies where you live. Do not use this site if you are below that age.
Accuracy and timing
Promo calendars change. A reload that ran on Wednesday last month may be moved, capped differently or withdrawn without notice. We check the terms regularly, but the operator's own terms page is the version that counts at the moment you claim.
Playing within limits
Gambling is entertainment with a cost, not income. Set deposit and time limits before you start, never chase a loss across the week, and use provincial help lines or self exclusion tools if play becomes a problem.
Your side of the deal
Do not copy our text wholesale, scrape the pages at volume, or present our reviews as the operator's own material. Short quotes with a link back are fine.
Limits of liability
We are not liable for losses at any casino, for offers that turn out differently than described, or for downtime on third party sites. You choose whether to deposit, and you carry that decision.
Changes to these terms
Terms are updated when the site or the law changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and continued use after an update counts as acceptance.
Applicable law
Canadian consumer and advertising rules guide how this site is written. Provincial gambling rules apply to you as a player, and nothing written here overrides them.
